邊梁冷彎成型機機身及牌坊組件:
邊梁冷彎成型機機身部分是本軋機的主體,其余組成部分均裝在本機身上,為鋼板焊接結構,焊接完成后均去應力處理。各連接面、安裝面精加工且安裝面加工有定位鍵槽,定位**,安裝方便,保證各組軋機主軸之間的平行度及與軋制中心線的垂直度。
牌坊組件是本機的主要工作部分,共有20架,自前至后依次安裝固定在機身上。本組件主要由前后牌坊架、上下主軸、上橫梁、上軸升降調節絲桿、前后軸承支座及主軸軸承等組成。后牌坊架固定在機身上,是上下主軸的支持基準;前牌坊可拆卸,方便更換裝配軋輥。上下主軸通過軸承安裝在軸承支座上,軸承支座可沿牌坊窗口的導向面通過調節絲桿帶動調節上下軸間的距離以適用不同直徑軋輥的安裝。

The front arch can be disassembled to facilitate the replacement of assembly rolls. The upper and lower spindle is mounted on the bearing support through the bearing. The bearing support can adjust the distance between the upper and lower shafts by adjusting the wire rod along the guide surface of the archway window to suit the installation of the roller with different diameters.
